We’re looking for a Senior Product Engineer who takes pride in pushing boundaries, obsesses over details, and wants to help reinvent how millions of people work.
Use your strong expertise in TypeScript/Node.js/GCP to move the company and product forward
Lead projects end-to-end to solve real customer problems
Architect the systems which power new features to support our high standards of performance, reliability, security and scale, and re-architect existing systems as their scaling demands grow
Design REST API contracts for both internal and external consumers that are easy to work with
Represent Attio’s Product & Engineering values both internally and externally
Experience designing scalable, reliable, secure backend systems
Excellent knowledge of modern Cloud Native systems architecture
Expertise with Node.js and TypeScript
A track record of ownership and product delivery
A proactive, self-motivated problem solving attitude, with a strong passion for advancing and innovating in distributed systems
The ability to communicate technical ideas to the wider team and influence stakeholders across Engineering, Product and Design
Nice to have:
Experience contributing to, or participating in open source projects
An interest or experience in mentoring other members of the team
Experience working with data-rich backend applications, or processing large volumes of real-time data

Build and evolve backend foundations and developer tooling for an internal platform, creating golden paths that help engineering teams ship and operate services efficiently as the organization grows.
Build and optimize a high-throughput ad exchange by improving its real-time bidder and throttling layer, analyzing billions of events, and translating interpretable machine-learning insights into live traffic rules.
Build and evolve backend services and developer-facing APIs, Terraform Provider, and MCP integrations, owning features from design through production while improving reliability, security, and developer experience.
Own external partner integrations and backend services for logistics shipment data, building reliable distributed systems that process IoT signals and support shipment risk analysis and operational decisions.
As a Node.js Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver quality software solutions.
