We are looking for a Data Science Lead who will:
Partner closely with our clients' executive and technical teams to guide their decisions relating to AI, analytics, data engineering and data in general
Proactively identify and champion projects that solve complex problems across multiple domains
Apply specialized skills and fundamental data science methods (e.g. experimental design, recommender systems and machine learning when needed) to inform improvements to our clients' businesses
Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines: work closely with stakeholders to build models, tables or schemas that support our clients' business processes
Empower teams both internal and external to build and maintain actionable KPIs, production-quality dashboards, informative deep dives, and scalable data products

Lead development of virtual pharmacology models by evaluating biological datasets, building reproducible data pipelines and machine learning proofs of concept, and preparing validated models for internal use and potential commercialisation.
Own pricing data science from demand and elasticity modelling through forecasting and price optimisation, using rigorous experiments and governed economics to guide revenue and margin decisions.
Leads end-to-end data science initiatives, designing and deploying statistical and machine learning solutions, optimizing data pipelines, establishing model monitoring, and mentoring data scientists to deliver measurable business impact.
Research, implement, and validate machine learning enhancements to unsecured underwriting models, improving predictive performance and credit decisioning while ensuring reliable, rigorous production deployment.
As a Lead Data Scientist, you will drive revenue growth by developing and deploying machine learning models that enhance user engagement and optimize monetization strategies.
