AlphaGov is engaging a Corrections Offender Management Systems Consultant for current state work. A state department of corrections is procuring a commercial offender management system with hosting, consulting, and support.

What you'll do
- Map intake, classification, sentence computation, case management, and release workflows
- Advise on OMS configuration, data migration, and interfaces
- Support testing, training, and go-live
- Manage implementation risk
- Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming

Requirements
Required
- At least 5 years of professional experience with corrections offender management systems or DOC operations
- OMS implementation experience
- Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant
Nice to have
- Experience with Marquis, Abilis, or Tyler OMS
- Former DOC staff

Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations, managing projects and guiding junior consultants to enhance client business operations.
Leads customer discovery and requirements facilitation, translates business needs into process flows and implementation artifacts, configures enterprise software, and coordinates delivery across business and technical teams.
Own functional delivery of SAP Banking Loans Management solutions, translating banking requirements into designs and supporting implementation, testing, migration, TRBK transitions, and production support.
Implement Oracle EPM Cloud Planning and Budgeting solutions for clients, from scoping and design through configuration, testing, and delivery, while guiding project teams and advising on business-process decisions.
