What You’ll Do
As a Commercial Operations Coordinator, you'll join our Aftermarket team in a graduate-level role that provides broad exposure to the commercial side of our Parts and Service business. Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Customer Services, Finance, Marketing, Technical Publications, Field Service and Workshop Operations, you'll support reporting, pricing, quotations, tenders, contracts, commercial analysis and business improvement activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in commercial operations, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to the growth and success of our aftermarket business.

We're looking for an organised, analytical and proactive individual who enjoys working with data, solving problems and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders. You'll be a confident communicator with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Whether your experience comes from university projects, internships, placements or previous employment, you'll be keen to develop your commercial understanding and take ownership of your work as your experience grows.

Support GTM operations by maintaining CRM data quality, monitoring systems and workflows, troubleshooting common issues, documenting processes, and helping BizOps teams improve operational visibility and efficiency.
Manage deal approvals, pricing, contracting, and quote-to-cash processes while advising Sales on deal structures and policies and partnering across Legal, Accounting, and leadership to improve workflows.
The Business & Compliance Manager will oversee contract management, regulatory compliance, and organizational reporting, ensuring agreements are current and compliance obligations are met.
Leads strategic initiatives and designs AI-enabled systems, workflows, and operating rhythms that help Communications teams set priorities, coordinate cross-functionally, and execute high-impact work.
