Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA) is hiring a Program Manager to lead our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for teens ages 13 to 17 and their families. You’ll run the program remotely and get out in the community to grow it. You’ll own census growth, referrals, operations, clinical quality, and compliance, and the virtual clinical team reports to you.
AWA is Joint Commission Gold Seal accredited and provides family-centered PHP and IOP care across South Florida.

Leads complex, high-priority regulatory programs and submissions across the product portfolio, aligning cross-functional teams, guiding executive decisions, and strengthening program governance and organizational capability.
Build and lead a tabletop exercise research program, setting its agenda and methods, developing a team and facilitator network, and publishing findings that help decision-makers understand responses to emerging AI risks.
Oversee the operations of a scholarly initiative, managing staff, finances, communications, events, and course delivery while supporting research, teaching, and engagement with faculty, donors, and visiting scholars.
Design and establish the HR Portfolio Management Office, shaping governance, capacity planning, measurement, and reporting while advising the VP on priorities and coordinating initiatives across HR and enterprise teams.
Lead and develop Bevi’s central PMO, set standards for cross-functional hardware NPI programs, and personally run key launches while improving cycle time, predictability, and quality.
