- Lead incident coordination with internal and external entities.
- Communicate effectively with management, peers, and clients.
- Scope, implement, and support new security projects.
- Own and follow up on pending issues to resolution.
🛠️ Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a system engineering or technical security role.
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or similar.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools like Palo Alto and Cisco Meraki.
- Heavy experience with the Incident Response lifecycle.
- Scripting ability and experience with API endpoints.
- Experience with security documentation and policy writing.
