- Manage operational purchasing, including quotation requests, purchase orders, and order confirmations.
- Monitor delivery schedules and report critical delays to help prevent material shortages.
- Coordinate purchasing requests for production, R&D, and other departments.
- Help maintain appropriate inventory and material levels.
- Contribute to purchasing process improvements and support new product development activities.
- Coordinate with planning, suppliers, manufacturing, and R&D to address technical and logistical challenges.
🛠️ Requirements
- Commercial or technical apprenticeship with further education in purchasing or business administration, or an engineering degree with relevant procurement experience.
- Minimum 10 years of procurement experience in a technical industry, ideally electronics.
- Technically savvy, with the ability to understand product design, issues, and solutions.
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement processes.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, conceptual, and communication skills.
- Solution-oriented, structured, independent, conscientious, and hands-on working style.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
