Oversee multiple wet utility and grading projects from contract execution through closeout, owning project profitability, budgets, schedules, client relationships, safety, and quality.

Lead complex customer implementations from planning through go-live and operational handover, coordinating technical teams, customers and suppliers while managing delivery plans, risks, dependencies and change.
Own customer ERP automation implementations from kickoff through configuration, testing, and go-live, coordinating stakeholders and specialists while managing scope, timelines, budgets, and parallel projects.
