📜 Description

  • Own post-onboarding customer relationships through renewal, driving retention and expansion.
  • Design and scale the Discover Customer Success motion, including optimization frameworks and success plans.
  • Lead SEO and AEO audits, translating insights into recommendations for customers.
  • Partner with Product to shape roadmap direction through customer feedback and validation sessions.
  • Conduct strategic QBRs and executive-level conversations aligning customer goals with Yotpo's roadmap.
  • Build strong relationships across customer organizations, from operators to C-suite stakeholders.

🛠️ Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, SEO, Growth, or Digital Strategy.
  • Hands-on SEO background is preferred (agency or in-house).
  • Comfortable explaining AI search and modern discovery concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Builder mentality, thriving in early-stage environments.
  • Experience managing complex customer relationships and engaging executive audiences.
  • Analytical and data-driven, using insights to measure performance.
