📜 Description
- Design, implement, and oversee the global Transfer Pricing strategy for all intra-group transactions across the XTB Group, ensuring flawless compliance from the HQ perspective.
- Structure remuneration models for cross-border services and financial transactions to secure the company's tax position.
- Lead the preparation for the implementation of Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) by designing data collection processes and reporting frameworks from scratch as the Group scales.
- Defend the Group's transfer pricing policies and tax settlements during tax audits, disputes, and official inquiries globally.
- Proactively monitor changes in global OECD guidelines and local TP legislation, assessing their impact and updating internal policies accordingly.
🛠️ Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in tax advisory or an in-house tax department, with a strong, demonstrable specialization in Transfer Pricing.
- Deep understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, Polish TP regulations, and international tax frameworks.
- Certified Tax Advisor license (or currently in the process of obtaining it).
- Fluency in Polish and advanced written and spoken English in a business and tax context (essential for communication with foreign branches and subsidiaries).
- Experience in TP for the financial services, banking, or brokerage sector (especially regarding intra-group financial transactions) will be a significant advantage.
- Outstanding analytical skills with a strategic, detail-oriented mindset-capable of ensuring flawless TP execution at the HQ level.
- Professional technical judgment, sound decision-making capabilities, and the ability to defend your tax standpoint.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced FinTech environment.
- Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive TP documentation, including Master File and Local File, and coordinate the delivery of robust benchmarking studies as the main point of contact for external tax advisors.
