Key Responsibilities
IAM Design and Implementation: Work with platforms like SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN), NetIQ, Okta, and ForgeRock to create robust IAM infrastructures.
Access and Identity Security: Implement and manage SSO, MFA, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools.
Risk Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement enhancements.
Automation and Optimization: Streamline IAM workflows using tools like Terraform, and Ansible, or scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Incident Response: Use SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Azure Sentinel) to monitor and respond to security events.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to security standards like GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
Innovation and Collaboration: Stay ahead of industry trends and work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM into broader IT systems.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in cybersecurity or Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher (speaking, writing, listening, and reading).
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of tools such as SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN), NetIQ, Okta, or ForgeRock.
Protocols: Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
Cloud Security: Experience with AWS IAM, Azure Active Directory, or similar platforms.
Automation Skills : Proficiency with scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Knowledge of serverless architectures, microservices, and API security.
Industry certifications include SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer, Okta Certified Professional, or equivalent.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
Experience with security frameworks like Zero Trust Architectures or NIST standards.
