- Strong stakeholder management experience within multinational and matrix organizations.
- Professional proficiency in English and French (minimum B2, C1 preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, Information Technology or Engineering.
- Procurement certifications (CIPS, CPSM or equivalent) are considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Source-to-Contract activities, from sourcing strategy through contract award and financial performance declaration.
- Develop sourcing strategies and commercial approaches for complex software procurement initiatives.
- Lead supplier negotiations, commercial evaluations and contract discussions to optimize cost, value and contractual outcomes.
- Advise internal stakeholders on procurement strategy, supplier selection and commercial risk.
- Manage multiple sourcing projects while ensuring compliance with procurement governance, security and risk requirements.
- Produce executive-ready sourcing recommendations, supplier evaluations and negotiation summaries.
- Mentor junior buyers and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive delivery excellence through achievement of SLA/KPI targets and proactive risk management.
*Hybrid working model: 3 days per week from the office and 2 days per week working from home (WFH), in line with business requirements and company policy.
