Your Responsibilities:
Help setting up project using JIRA or CALM as per requirement
Help in creating project repository structure
Apply SAP Activate methodology in project planning
Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams for task execution
Adapt to flexible working hours aligned with SEA or European time zones
Help managers establish the project internally
Should be open for short-term business travel (domestic and international)
Your Experience and Skills:
Should have 10-15 years of experience
Strong experience in SAP Project Management and with minimum of one end-to-end SAP implementation experience
Experience of JIRA and CALM, Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
Experience in cross-team coordination, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Quick learning ability and adaptability, Previous PM experience is a plus
PMP, Agile, or Prince2 certification
SAP Activate methodology certification or knowledge
Experience working with global teams across time zones
Able to understand Budgeting
