Digital Marketing Leader

Help us change the way people connect.

At WeLink, we're not just another internet provider. We're challenging the traditional cable and telecom industry by bringing faster, more accessible internet to communities and businesses that deserve better options.

Using advanced millimeter-wave wireless technology, custom-built radios, and an innovative approach to network deployment, we're building fiber-like networks faster and more cost-effectively than traditional providers. Our team combines deep industry experience with an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is an opportunity to make your mark. As our Digital Marketing Leader, you'll own the strategy and execution behind how WeLink attracts customers, enters new markets, and tells its story. You'll have the opportunity to combine creativity with data, test new ideas, optimize campaigns, and see the direct impact of your work on company growth.

We're looking for a digital marketer who is equally comfortable developing a big-picture strategy and diving into campaign performance, someone who understands that great marketing isn't just about impressions and clicksβ€”it's about turning attention into leads, leads into customers, and customers into lasting relationships.

Digital Marketing Leader Expectations:

Marketing Strategy & Growth

  • Own and execute WeLink's marketing strategy across consumer, community, and government-funded initiatives.
  • Develop integrated marketing plans, budgets, timelines, and KPIs that support market expansion, brand awareness, lead generation, and subscriber growth.
  • Identify new opportunities to reach target audiences, improve customer acquisition, and increase marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead paid digital advertising across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and test audience targeting, geographic targeting, creative, messaging, and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including cost per lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Use campaign data, customer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and scale successful initiatives.
  • Partner with sales and operations teams to strengthen lead management, conversion, and customer acquisition processes.

Website, SEO & Digital Experience

  • Improve landing pages, website messaging, user experience, and conversion paths to turn website traffic into qualified leads and subscribers.
  • Lead search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives and explore emerging opportunities in AI-driven search, answer engine optimization (AEO), and generative engine optimization (GEO).
  • Monitor website analytics, traffic sources, user behavior, and conversion performance.

Community Marketing & Market Launches

  • Lead marketing strategy and execution for the Los Angeles County Broadband Network (LACBN) and other market expansion initiatives.
  • Coordinate integrated local campaigns, including paid digital advertising, direct mail, outdoor advertising, community events, and neighborhood outreach.
  • Develop subscriber acquisition strategies, promotional messaging, and campaign materials tailored to local audiences.
  • Build relationships with community organizations, local partners, and project stakeholders to strengthen brand awareness and customer trust.
  • Plan and promote community events, coordinate event logistics, and implement lead follow-up strategies.

Marketing Operations & Budget Management

  • Manage marketing budgets, advertising spend, vendor relationships, and campaign production schedules.
  • Obtain vendor quotes, coordinate deliverables, review invoices, and monitor spending against approved budgets.
  • Maintain organized campaign plans, creative assets, marketing calendars, and project documentation.
  • Balance competing priorities and keep marketing initiatives moving forward in a dynamic environment.

Analytics, Reporting & Collaboration

  • Establish and maintain marketing KPIs aligned with company growth and customer acquisition goals.
  • Evaluate performance across digital and offline channels and translate results into actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare performance updates and strategic recommendations for company leadership.
