We are collaborating with a leading AI research lab to enhance advanced AI systems by integrating deep expertise from the field of chemistry. This role centers on developing and evaluating AI models that can replicate real-world workflows across multiple chemistry subdomains, including organic, inorganic, physical, analytical chemistry, and biochemistry.
Requirements
Design and evaluate chemistry problems, computational workflows, and scientific reasoning for AI benchmarking, while validating research outputs, analyzing data, and documenting methods for reproducibility.
Leads research on programs and policies that reduce inequality in youth outcomes, serving as a principal investigator and partnering with agencies and practitioners to design studies and share findings.
Leads criminal justice research as principal investigator, designing and overseeing rigorous program evaluations, agency data collection, analysis, human-subjects protections, and dissemination for justice-focused studies and proposals.
Leads research proposals and studies using state longitudinal education systems and linked education-workforce data, partnering with state agencies to produce rigorous, secure evidence that informs policy and practice.
Design and validate biological data workflows, analyze real datasets, and assess AI-generated scientific outputs for accuracy and reproducibility across bioinformatics and computational biology projects.
