Our client is hiring an Affiliate Marketing Ambassador to help grow and manage their affiliate ecosystem as the brand scales. This role exists to build strong relationships with creators and partners, ensure affiliate programs run smoothly, and turn partnerships into a meaningful growth channel. You’ll own the day-to-day operations of the affiliate program—from onboarding and support to performance tracking and campaign coordination—while helping the brand show up consistently and creatively across partner channels.

✅Qualifications:

• Must-Have:
  • 🛒 Affiliate Platform Experience– Hands-on experience with affiliate tools such as ShopMy, Rakuten, or similar platforms.
  • 📦 End-to-End Program Knowledge– Solid understanding of how affiliate programs run, from recruitment and links to commissions and payouts.
  • 🧾 Shopify Experience– Comfortable navigating Shopify for orders, discount codes, tracking, and reporting.
  • 📊 Detail-Oriented & Data-Savvy– Able to track performance and manage many partners accurately without things slipping.
  • 💬 Strong Written Communicator– Clear, friendly, and professional in every partner message.
  • 🗂️ Organized Self-Starter– Keeps records clean and workflows moving in a fast-paced environment.
• Nice to Have:
  • 🎨 Experience working with creators or influencer partnerships.

Responsibilities of the Affiliate Marketing Ambassador:

• 🤝 Affiliate Partner Management
  • Research, onboard, and support new affiliate partners and creators
  • Serve as the main point of contact for affiliate communication and support
  • Maintain an organized affiliate database with performance notes and contacts
  • Ensure affiliates have accurate links, discount codes, and brand guidelines

• 📦 Affiliate Program Operations
  • Manage affiliate links, tracking, and discount codes within Shopify and affiliate platforms
  • Monitor compliance with brand standards and promotional guidelines
  • Coordinate product seeding or samples for affiliate partners as needed
  • Troubleshoot basic issues related to links, tracking, or commissions

• 📊 Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Track affiliate performance, conversions, and revenue contribution
  • Prepare weekly or monthly affiliate performance reports
  • Identify top-performing partners and opportunities to scale
  • Flag underperforming affiliates and recommend improvements

• 🎨 Content & Campaign Support
  • Share approved brand assets, promo briefs, and product updates with affiliates
  • Support affiliate campaigns tied to launches, promos, or seasonal pushes
  • Collect and organize affiliate-generated content for potential reuse
  • Assist in drafting affiliate communications and campaign guidelines

  • Keep affiliate records, files, and documentation clean and up to date
  • Help document workflows and SOPs as the affiliate program scales
