- Data & Process Focus: Comfortable using candidate assessment tools, tracking metrics, and driving structured weekly pipeline stand-ups
- Prior experience recruiting for software, cloud, or technical consulting services
- Familiarity with universities in Midwest
- Experience partnering closely with Talent Marketing to build digital talent campaigns

The Role
As a University Recruiter at Veeva, you will be a critical growth driver for our Consultant Development Program (CDP) in Madison and North America.
In this role, you will lead top-of-funnel candidate attraction, source diverse early careeer talent, build relationships with universities, and deliver an exceptional candidate pre-boarding experience. You will operate with speed, focus, and a high level of individual accountability—embodying our core values of Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed.
