- Get fluent in Pulumi stacks, ArgoCD setup, and GitHub Actions pipelines within the first 30 days.
- Own progressive delivery end-to-end for critical service paths, improving deployment speed and reliability.
- Establish SLAs and feedback loops with engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Partner with Infra and SRE on multi-region rollouts and on-call tooling.
🛠️ Requirements
- Platform-as-a-product mindset, treating internal engineers as customers.
- Experience operating Pulumi (TypeScript) or Terraform at scale (40+ stacks, multi-region).
- Proficient in running ArgoCD or equivalent GitOps for multi-cluster deployments.
- Experience building progressive delivery in production, including canary and automated rollback.
- Designed CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for multiple services and Dockerfiles.
