True Zero is seeking an Automation Engineer to lead Zero Trust automation and orchestration support. The role focuses on reusable workflow enablement, scripting, integrations, and automated evidence or reporting mechanisms that improve execution efficiency without expanding into long-term operations and maintenance.

Position Responsibilities

  • Design reusable automation and orchestration patterns supporting assessment, reporting, evidence collection, testing, and implementation workflows.
  • Develop scripts, APIs, and integrations that connect approved enterprise tools and improve data movement between technical workstreams.
  • Automate recurring evidence collection and exception-based analysis where authoritative data sources permit.
  • Support reusable implementation tooling and standardized deployment or validation workflows.
  • Document automation architecture, dependencies, interfaces, security considerations, and operational handoff requirements.
  • Measure automation effectiveness and recommend refinements based on implementation lessons learned.
  • Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of automation, integration, DevSecOps, or security engineering experience.
