- Strong sourcing skills, including experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking, and referral strategies to identify high-quality candidates.
- Demonstrated success building and nurturing talent pipelines and professional networks.
- Strong consultative and influencing skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and business leaders
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- Creativity and strategic thinking in developing talent attraction and employer branding.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and candidate engagement skills.
- Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and recruiting technologies.

Our 100% employee-owned team of nearly 500 engineering and design professionals is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build the workforce that powers TKDA's continued growth and success.
As TKDA continues its growth journey beyond 500 employee-owners and toward the next chapter of our strategic vision, this position will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and securing talent across the career spectrum, from students and early-career professionals to experienced technical leaders and industry experts.
This is a recruiting-focused position with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing, passive candidate outreach, talent pipeline development, and relationship building. A significant portion of your time will be spent identifying and engaging professionals who may not be actively seeking a new opportunity while building long-term relationships that support current and future hiring needs.
