- Own Credit Strategy for Brazil: Develop and continuously refine credit policies for Tilt's Brazilian business, driving analysis to uncover novel insights that move our business forward.
- Collaborate on Data Science: Partner closely with the Data Science team to influence and deploy models that solve meaningful business outcomes.
- Build Scalable Infrastructure: Develop frameworks, infrastructure, and controls to manage credit programs with high quality and resiliency.
- Drive Growth with Leadership: Work with Brazil and Tilt's leadership teams to build strategy and growth plans while managing financial outcomes.
- Share Cross-Market Learnings: Partner with international credit and data science teams to identify transferable strategies and help implement them.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and finance leaders to ensure the team's work fits within the larger company picture.
🛠️ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Mathematics — a quantitative background is a strong plus.
- 6+ years of industry experience in data analytics and credit risk management, ideally with experience in the Brazilian market.
- Proven experience leading and developing a team of analysts.
- Exceptionally strong problem-solving and communication skills — able to get deep in the weeds and present clearly to an executive audience.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and analytical methods, staying current with innovative trends and emerging products in the industry.
- Preference for candidates based in São Paulo.
