Private D&O Claim Consultant

Join our team as a Private D&O Claims Consultant, responsible for managing a caseload of claims from inception to resolution while providing superior customer service.

Description

• Handle a caseload of Private and Non-Profit D&O Claims from inception to final disposition.
• Conduct investigations and analyze information to determine coverage, liability, and damages.
• Communicate coverage and liability positions to insureds and other parties.
• Manage litigation and defense counsel, including planning, execution, and budgeting.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver presentations to senior claim leadership.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree preferred, Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of five years handling litigated Private and Non-Profit D&O coverage and liability cases.
• Knowledge and experience in Management Liability claims.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
