Customer & Sales Partnership Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a trusted advisor on enrollment best practices. Partner with Relationship Managers and other stakeholders to deliver customized enrollment solutions. Support sales and growth initiatives, including finalist presentations, new business opportunities, and product expansion discussions. Identify opportunities to enhance participation, employee engagement, and product adoption. Cross-Functional Leadership Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the enrollment lifecycle. Coordinate efforts across Sales, Implementation, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure successful outcomes. Lead collaboration with Associate Enrollment Managers and additional resources to execute enrollment campaigns and deliverables. Implementation & Campaign Management Participate in customer onboarding and implementation activities to establish enrollment objectives and timelines. Facilitate planning discussions and contribute to customer and internal meetings. Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and enrollment timelines to ensure successful execution. Communications & Deliverables Oversight Oversee the development and delivery of enrollment communication campaigns and materials. Ensure enrollment communications are aligned with strategy, customer objectives, and project timelines. Coordinate the execution of campaign components, including educational content, events, and employee engagement initiatives. Continuous Improvement & Business Growth Analyze enrollment performance and identify opportunities to improve participation and customer outcomes. Support business reviews and strategic planning discussions. Contribute ideas and best practices that enhance enrollment effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Qualifications 3+ years of Insurance experience in enrollment services, employee benefits, insurance, marketing, project management, or a related field is required. Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work arrangement, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs arise Compensation The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
