Required skills and Experience :
• Should have a minimum of10+ years of hands-on experience in implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM for Payroll and Absence modules for UK including at least 1 full-lifecycle implementations or major rollouts.
• Candidate should be proficient in all the UK Payroll, Pension and Absence Processes including o Statutory payments: SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP, ShPP, SPBP.
o Student loans, attachment of earnings orders, auto-enrolment and salary sacrifice.
• Strong configuration knowledge of elements and input values, balances, calculation cards, payroll definitions, payroll relationships, payroll flow patterns, Costing and GL interfaces, third-party payments and payment methods
• Practical experience writing and debugging Fast Formula (element, proration, skip and validation formulas).
• Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Payroll batch loader.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll and Absence implementations and support for UK public-sector clients, guiding integrations, migrations, testing, reporting, and delivery across the full SDLC.
Develop and evolve scalable ServiceNow solutions for client transformation initiatives, building applications, workflows, integrations, and automated business processes while collaborating with technical, business, and architecture teams.
Lead customer implementations of Cortex XSOAR security automation, building incident-response playbooks and integrations while advising stakeholders and enabling teams to adopt security products.
Lead AI- and data-driven transformation for automotive and manufacturing customers, owning value realization from discovery through ROI while coordinating complex programs, executive stakeholders, and platform adoption.
Leads financial crime transformation programmes, applying deep banking expertise across AML and sanctions, transaction monitoring, risk assessment, customer risk models, and operating model change.
