- Install, maintain, upgrade, and support mainframe software using SMP/E.
- Administer IBM z/OS / MVS systems and mainframe infrastructure.
- Support mainframe environments using JCL, ISPF/TSO, VTAM, and TCP/IP.
- Work with IBM Connect, CA Session Manager, and CA Spool.
- Apply BMC AMI tools, including AMI OPS Automation, AMI OPS Monitors, or AMI Output Management.
- Provide technical leadership, project and program management, and stakeholder communication.
