- Manage the experiment cycle by formulating hypotheses and analyzing test results.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports to track CRM KPIs and business metrics.
- Create reports to monitor KPIs and ensure strategies evolve based on testing and results.
- Increase engagement and optimize the customer lifecycle for better retention.
🛠️ Requirements
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with SQL proficiency.
- Experience with experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, statistical significance).
- Holistic understanding of product and data intelligence.
- Previous experience in the acquiring or payment industry is a plus.
