PROJECT
The project focuses on building an enterprise-ready AI assistant that helps employees navigate company knowledge, understand internal policies and processes, draft messages, and automate everyday operational tasks. The platform combines enterprise search, knowledge management, AI-assisted workflows, and agentic capabilities to reduce operational friction and improve employee experience across multiple business functions.

The solution is designed with enterprise-grade requirements in mind, including reliability, security, compliance, governance, and scalability. The role requires balancing strategic product leadership with a practical understanding of AI capabilities and business impact

Job Description

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the enterprise AI assistant platform
• Identify and validate user pain points and operational inefficiencies across enterprise functions
• Lead product discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, user research, and prioritization
• Drive product execution from concept to delivery in collaboration with engineering, AI, design, and business teams
• Develop and optimize user journeys focused on productivity and knowledge accessibility
• Evaluate AI capabilities and limitations to ensure practical and scalable product decisions
• Identify opportunities for competitive differentiation and long-term product growth
• Define, monitor, and improve product metrics and business outcomes
• Collaborate with support organizations and operational teams to understand workflows and escalation processes
• Ensure enterprise-readiness standards, including reliability, security, compliance, and governance
• Present product strategy and solutions to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Build strategic partnerships and identify mutually beneficial opportunities
• Contribute to pricing, packaging, and business performance management
• Foster a high-ownership and outcome-oriented product culture

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management within enterprise software, AI products, or SaaS environments
• Strong experience working with knowledge management, enterprise search, document management, or related domains
• Understanding of enterprise support operations and organizational workflows
• Proven experience defining product strategy and driving product execution
• Strong knowledge of product discovery methodologies, prioritization frameworks, and roadmap planning
• Experience defining and tracking product and business metrics
• Practical hands-on experience with AI tools, AI agents, or agentic systems
• Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and responsible adoption practices
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience presenting products and strategic initiatives to diverse stakeholder groups
• Experience building strategic partnerships and cross-functional collaborations
• Business-oriented mindset with proven experience owning product or business P&L, including pricing strategy, packaging, and revenue accountability
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• High level of ownership, initiative, and focus on measurable impact
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing cross-functional team
• Advanced level of English

• Experience building enterprise AI assistants or conversational AI platforms
• Experience with enterprise-grade compliance and governance requirements
• Familiarity with AI/LLM ecosystems and modern agentic architectures
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments

• Experience launching AI-driven internal productivity solutions
