Role Overview
The Vice President, Health System Experience is the senior executive responsible for shaping, elevating, and expanding Shields’ strategic relationships within designated health system partner accounts. This role serves as the executive face of Shields to key partners and is accountable for delivering a world‑class partner experience, ensuring operational and contractual excellence, and driving long-term strategic growth.
The VP will collaborate closely with Regional Leadership and cross‑functional teams to align enterprise priorities, translate partner needs into actionable strategies, and ensure Shields is positioned as a trusted advisor to health system executives.

Leads the North American AWS practice strategy and roadmap, builds AWS partnerships and joint pipeline, and drives client solutions, business development, and growth across consulting engagements.
