HRD / HR Business Partner
The HR Business Partner/Director will enhance personnel effectiveness, manage staffing, foster employee engagement, and ensure compliance with HR processes in a global digital environment.

The Senior Compensation Analyst, North America is responsible for providing advanced analysis and administration of the compensation programs that support SGS North America compensation strategy. The role ensures compliance, external competitiveness and internal equity of compensation programs in Canada and the United States.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 – $120,000 annually. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
