Own technical enablement across demos, labs, and proof-of-value programs by building reliable environments, coaching technical teams, and creating practical learning resources that demonstrate customer value.
Own post-onboarding training, coaching, quality assurance, and product enablement for a customer support organization, using learning programs and performance data to improve support quality and agent development.
Own scalable client training through webinars and learning programs, helping customers master the platform and collaborative learning methodology while improving engagement through feedback and product insights.
Own and improve onboarding and ramp programs for customer-facing teams, building role-specific curricula, certification frameworks, and measurable milestones that help new hires reach productivity.
Delivers training and technical assistance to reentry and diversion programs, advising on evidence-based practices, implementation, performance measurement, and coordination across justice and community-service partners.
