- Proven hands-on experience in C# and T‑SQL with Stored Procedures, with the ability to contribute to both development, test automation and test activities
- Strong understanding of coding standards and software development best practices.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement of test automation, engineering processes, and quality standards
- Curiosity and interest in AI, combined with some experience or a strong motivation to explore and learn.
- Experience using LLMs as part of your development workflow, either professionally or through personal projects.
- Ability to debug and analyze issues using logs, configuration files, and code, and to document and track defects in collaboration with other developers and testers
- Experience working in Agile environments (preferably SAFe), actively participating in refinement, estimation, and delivery of features
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- A coaching mindset and are ready to share knowledge with the rest of the team
- Great communication skills and fluency in English

About the role:
As a Solution Developer with Test Automation, you will develop and maintain high quality IT solutions (includes e.g., requirements, analysis & design, coding and testing). This role also focusses on implementing and improving our test automations as well as performing manual tests where automation is not possible. You will be part of T-shaped agile team of developers and testers where everyone is contributing to achieving our team goals.
