Receivables Services supports SEB’s corporate clients in Sweden by delivering services related to receivables financing solutions that help businesses manage their cash flow and working capital more efficiently. We offer a great opportunity to join SEB as a Business Services Specialist and learn the full lifecycle of receivables financing products. You will work with daily operational processes, client-related requests, reconciliations, contract administration, and process improvements while collaborating closely with colleagues and stakeholders across different SEB units. This role provides excellent opportunities to develop your banking knowledge, strengthen your problem-solving skills, and build expertise in a business area that plays an important role in supporting corporate customers and their growth.

Processing Receivables and Supply Chain Finance product-related tasks

Prioritizing and completing tasks efficiently, with high quality and in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Working with complex systems and supporting process automation and improvements

Contributing to our learning culture by sharing knowledge with colleagues

A proactive, client and result-focused mindset and a sense of ownership

Strong prioritization and time management skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in daily work

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change

Problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach

Good English and computer skills

Interest in process improvement, automation, data analysis, or AI would be considered an advantage

Previous experience with Receivables products would be considered an advantage
