Customer Reporting Services provides service to Swedish customers. We take care of customers’ accounts and services related to them, investigate unclear payments, support Swedish Authorities with the information they need, and etc.
We have a high focus on processes automation thus we enable robots and scripts to help us in our daily work.

Process and check daily operations work accurately and on time, respond to client and internal enquiries, maintain data quality, and support service standards while meeting regulatory requirements.

A pessoa estagiária apoiará as rotinas de cadastro e governança do Back Office de Pagamentos, conferindo informações, acompanhando solicitações e contribuindo para processos mais organizados, seguros e eficientes.
