About the role
As an Advisory Manager within Corporate Banking, you will be responsible for developing and processing SEB’s strategic SOEs & Infrastructure portfolio. You will build long-term relationships with key Stateowned sector clients and support their most important financial and investment decisions.

You will combine relationship management, financial analysis, strategic advisory, and transaction execution while collaborating closely with product specialists, risk teams, and colleagues across SEB’s international network.
Develop and strengthen relationships with Lithuania’s largest public sector institutions, municipalities, State-owned enterprises, and other strategic organizations
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on financing, investment, and long-term development initiatives
Identify and originate new business opportunities that support public infrastructure, sustainability, digitalization, and economic growth
Perform high-quality financial and credit analysis and prepare materials for SEB’s credit decision-making bodies
Lead and coordinate financing processes, ensuring efficient execution and high service quality
Assess risks, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations aligned with SEB’s credit policies and governance standards
Collaborate closely with product specialists, legal advisors, risk teams, and colleagues across the Baltic and international SEB network
Monitor portfolio performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth, cross-selling, and stronger client engagement
Stay informed about public sector trends, government priorities, EU funding programs, and market developments

Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
A strategic mindset and business acumen
Experience in corporate banking, public sector financing, project finance, advisory, credit analysis, consulting, audit, or a related field
The ability to navigate complex organizations and work with senior decision-makers
Strong financial analysis and presentation skills
A university degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
Fluent communication skills in Lithuanian and English
