- Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Figma Make) to accelerate workflows.
- Track record of strategic influence and shipping impact.
- Ability to engage effectively with customers for research and strategy.
- Thrives in iterative, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent proven experience working with cross-functional partners.
