- Analyze technical data, including IP addresses and usage logs, to identify potential software misuse
- Conduct deep online research to verify corporate entities and surface accurate contact information
- Maintain organized, up-to-date case records in our CRM
- Compile findings into clear, well-structured reports for internal stakeholders
- Partner with senior investigators and the Team Lead to move complex cases forward
- Learn and adopt new investigative tools to improve how the team works

- 1-3 years of experience in research, data entry, customer support, or administrative work
- Professional-level English communication (written and spoken)
- Demonstrable interest in OSINT or digital investigations
- Comfort with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and CRM tools
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-driven, and reliable in a fully remote setup
- Exposure to SQL, advanced CRM platforms, or specialized online research tools
- Background in software compliance, KYC/KYB, or Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
