Who we're looking for:
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Tax Manager to join our team as an individual contributor. This role is ideal for a deeply technical tax professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
In this role, you and your team will be responsible for Rover’s domestic income tax compliance and worldwide reporting processes. You are intellectually curious, highly organized, and flexible, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities. You enjoy digging into technical details, while also understanding the broader business implications.
You’re comfortable working in an environment where processes and calculations aren’t always fully defined, and you’re eager to help, build, refine and scale them alongside your team. This role offers meaningful ownership and broad exposure across the tax function, providing a strong opportunity to build depth and breadth of experience in a high-growth environment.
This is a hybrid position that has the minimum expectation to work out of our Downtown Seattle Office two days per week on Mondays and Thursdays. For this reason, candidates must be based in the Greater Seattle Area or willing to relocate.
