Description du poste
Encadrement de l'équipe des instructeurs et responsabilité du développement, de la structuration et de la diffusion des notes d'instruction. Pilotage de la traduction des notes méthodes élaborées par les technologues en instructions exploitables par les techniciens.
Qualifications
Expérience confirmée en management d'équipe technique ou pédagogique. Excellentes capacités de communication et de structuration documentaire. Connaissance du secteur technique/énergie est un plus.
