Description du poste
Exécution, suivi et amélioration des programmes stratégiques en Talent Management (Manpower planning, Performance Management, Talent review, Succession Planning). Collaboration avec les départements pour aligner la stratégie RH sur les objectifs business.
Qualifications
Expérience confirmée en Talent Management et gestion de projet RH. Capacité à utiliser des compétences de gestion du changement pour convaincre et stimuler la participation.
