- Serve as the internal escalation point for loan issues requiring lender-side intervention.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for lender performance and strategy.

- Credit union channel experience
- Speak Sales; a deep understanding of or exposure to origination
- Built or run a scenario / product help desk
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LOS/POS, and PPE tools
