About Us

At Remote Talent LATAM, we connect top LATAM talent with fast-growing companies across the U.S. and globally. Our focus is on building long-term partnerships by delivering highly skilled professionals who thrive in remote, high-performance environments.

About the Client

Our client is a visual communications company specializing in custom signage, graphics, and printing solutions for businesses in industries such as construction, retail, healthcare, education, and manufacturing.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to support the sales team through outbound prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting. In this role, you’ll connect with potential customers through cold calling and email outreach, research prospective accounts, and identify qualified opportunities for the sales team.

This role focuses on researching target accounts, initiating conversations with potential customers, understanding their needs, qualifying opportunities, and booking appointments for the sales team.

You will not be responsible for preparing quotes, closing sales, committing to turnaround times, or approving discounts. Your focus is on generating qualified opportunities and ensuring the sales team has the information needed to take the conversation forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and build approved target-account lists from the existing database, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools.
  • Conduct outbound calls supported by personalized email outreach and appropriate LinkedIn engagement.
  • Re-engage lapsed customers and connect with new prospects to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Identify customer needs related to signage, graphics, printing, installation, and recurring services.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments within the sales team’s approved availability.
  • Prepare concise appointment briefs outlining the company, contact, business needs, purchasing role, known timeline, and meeting purpose.
  • Confirm appointments, follow up on no-shows, and nurture prospects who are not yet ready to move forward.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, log outreach activities the same day, and document clear next steps for active prospects.
  • Build and manage outreach sequences, prioritize follow-ups, and maintain an organized prospect pipeline.
  • Review appointment quality and outcomes with the sales team to continuously improve targeting, messaging, and outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in outbound sales, phone prospecting, or appointment setting for U.S.-based companies (flexible for candidates with strong relevant experience).
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub or a similar CRM and sales engagement platform.
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation and outbound prospecting through cold calling and email outreach.
  • Experience managing lead pipelines, organizing follow-ups, and prioritizing outreach activities.
  • Strong research skills, including the ability to use LinkedIn to identify and engage potential prospects.
  • Excellent English communication skills and confidence speaking with U.S.-based prospects.
  • A proactive, persistent, and results-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and collaborate closely with a sales team.
  • A coachable mindset and willingness to adapt outreach strategies based on feedback.

What Your First 90 Days Will Look Like

Following onboarding, you'll gradually build your prospecting activity, develop a strong pipeline, and work toward the role's performance goals.

  • First 30 days: Establish a consistent prospecting routine, learn to qualify opportunities, and begin building a pipeline. The initial target is 50 outbound touches per day, including 30 calls, while developing the skills needed to book qualified appointments.
  • Days 31–60: Increase outreach activity and improve prospect engagement, appointment quality, and follow-up consistency. The target grows to 60 outbound touches per day, including 40 calls, with stronger weekly prospecting and appointment results.
  • Days 61–90: Work toward established performance expectations, with a focus on consistent outreach, qualified appointments, strong show rates, and accurate CRM documentation.

Benefits

  • Monthly compensation: $2,000–$2,500, depending on experience.
  • Quarterly performance-based bonuses may be considered based on results.
