- Define and execute a roadmap for engagement modeling, aligning innovative approaches with business objectives.
- Oversee the model development lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring high ML performance and robustness.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top ML talent, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
- Collaborate with PMs, data scientists, and engineering teams to align on engagement strategies and model KPIs.
- Implement and optimize model architectures tailored to engagement prediction using advanced ML techniques.
🛠️ Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience building and managing high-performing machine learning teams, ideally in the Ads domain.
- Deep hands-on experience with machine learning models and deploying them in large-scale production systems.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Ability to develop and communicate a clear technical strategy that supports company objectives.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset for effective communication with diverse audiences.
