As Europe’s No.1 e-pharmacy Redcare Pharmacy is powered by passionate teams and cutting-edge innovation. We strive to create a healthy collaborative work environment where every employee feels valued and inspired to contribute to our vision “Until every human has their health”. About the role

As a Data Analytics Manager, you won’t have to choose between leading people and staying close to technology. You will combine people leadership with functional analytics leadership, developing a team of Data Analysts while remaining technically close enough to shape how analytics is built across Redcare.

This is a growth hire within our wider Data & AI organization. Our analysts work in a matrix setup across cross-functional Data Product teams alongside Product Managers, Data Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, DataOps and other specialists.

While Product Managers drive product vision, priorities and stakeholder alignment, you will focus on developing the people, capabilities and analytical standards required to deliver scalable, high-quality Data & Analytics solutions.

You will therefore play an important role in strengthening Data Analytics as a function while helping our people grow and succeed across different Data Product teams.
