➡️ Mission
Shape how Qonto communicates with its customers by delivering a continuous, intuitive, and consistent customer experience across every channel and touchpoint, meeting regulatory obligations while turning customer communications into an efficient growth engine. You will report to Jen Christoph and build the orchestration layer behind Qonto’s numerous communication tools, giving every team a single, compliant view of what has been sent and to whom.
➡️ As Product Manager, Client Communication, you will:
- Greenfield ownership: Build the shared platform—event-driven orchestration, a unified communication log, and preference management- that CRM, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams can rely on.
- Meaningful, high-stakes impact: Close critical regulatory gaps, improve operational excellence, and unlock new opportunities for growth.
- Platform thinking: Turn fragmented tools and use cases into a cohesive, scalable system that teams across Qonto can easily adopt.
- Cross-functional leadership: Partner closely with CRM, Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to align stakeholders and define clear scope and ownership from day one.
➡️ What you can expect

- Team: You will be the founding PM of a new team inside Core Experience, alongside a peer-group of PMs that also own some of Qonto’s critical UX platforms like homepage, navigation, inbox and user roles.
- Recent projects: The team is just getting started to shape the product vision - you help define the initial roadmap from day one.
- Tools: You will work across Braze, Customer.io, SendGrid, Lemlist, and Zendesk, plus the orchestration layer designed to connect them.
