Location: You can choose to work at Qonto as long as you're living in (or willing to relocate to) either Germany, France, Italy, Serbia, Portugal, or Spain.
Join us as an Android Engineer and help us build the mobile experience that 600,000+ European businesses rely on every day to manage their finances. You'll own product-critical features end-to-end — from technical design to rollout — in a large, modular Kotlin codebase where craft and velocity both matter. As an Android Engineer, you will join one of Qonto's squad teams, each organised around a clear project mission, with one team lead and full ownership of a product scope. You'll be part of a 140+ mobile engineering community within a 500+ Product Engineering department, working in focused teams of 5 to 10 people alongside Product, Design, and peers from Frontend and Backend.

Own the design, development, and optimization of Android and AI-assisted iOS subscription experiences, improving monetization, performance, and reliability through experimentation and end-to-end feature ownership.
Build and own Android growth and monetization experiments—from paywalls and ad placements to purchase flows—using AI-assisted workflows, reliable instrumentation, and staged rollouts to improve decisions at consumer scale.
Lead Android development for Smart POS terminals, owning technical delivery and integrations across AOSP or payment solutions while resolving complex device issues and guiding engineering standards.
Own technical delivery of Android and iOS mobile experiences, building native and hybrid applications and reusable mobile SDKs while shaping frontend architecture and expanding the platform for AI agent integrations.
