- Design A/B tests to understand risk and customer experience trade-offs.

🛠️ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience, OR a Master's degree with less experience
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or Economics
- Background in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, or Data Science within the consumer lending industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex, technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical peers and senior leadership
- Knowledge and experience of segmentation, statistical procedures, and financial analytic tools is required
- Curious to ask questions, probe into reasons, and challenge the status quo
- Strong ownership and motivation to drive business results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Self-starter; comfortable dealing with ambiguity
