We combine technology, expertise, and a business-oriented approach to build web, mobile, and TV applications and develop products used by clients around the world. We are also currently developing WorkLyft, our new product designed to help companies manage projects, employees, finances, and everyday processes. As part of our Marketing & Sales team, you will support activities related to its growth and development.
We are looking for someone who wants to see what B2B sales in the IT industry looks like from the inside and learn how to reach potential customers and run lead generation activities
Responsibilities
- Supporting the development of a database of potential customers through research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and industry databases
- Supporting the preparation and execution of cold email campaigns, including personalizing messages, testing different variations, and handling responses
- Initiating first contact with decision-makers at potential customers by phone and through LinkedIn
- Supporting the analysis and qualification of potential customers and learning about their needs and challenges
- Scheduling meetings and product demos and preparing basic information needed before customer conversations
- Working with the CRM on a daily basis by updating customer information, recording activities, and keeping statuses up to date
- Following up with people who have previously interacted with our company or offering, including contacts from marketing campaigns, trade fairs, and industry conferences
- Supporting the creation of lead generation campaigns
- Co-creating sales messaging and materials based on insights and information gathered from the market
What are we looking for?
- You are currently studying or have completed a degree in management, marketing, sales, business, or a related field
- You want to develop your skills in B2B sales within the IT industry
- You are interested in new technologies and AI tools and want to use them in your daily work
- You enjoy meeting new people, are curious about business, and approach new challenges with an open mind
- You are well-organized and systematic, take responsibility for your tasks, and are comfortable asking for help when needed
- You communicate in English and Polish at least at a B2 level
- You are comfortable working in a hybrid model from our Warsaw office
