Why We're Looking for You
We're looking for a Project Manager, Implementations to join our Implementation team and lead banks through their digital transformation journey. You'll manage multiple high-stakes deployments simultaneously, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure our banking clients successfully launch on time.
This is a hands-on role where organization meets execution. You'll be the conductor orchestrating complex implementations while building trusted relationships with banking executives and operations teams.
What You'll Do
Manage multiple concurrent bank implementations with overlapping timelines, tracking dependencies and risks while driving projects to on-time completion
Lead client calls and build trusted relationships with stakeholders from C-suite executives to operations staff, handling difficult conversations and managing expectations
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Implementation Architects, Software Engineers, and Customer Success to ensure smooth project execution and post-launch transitions
Translate complex technical requirements between clients and internal teams while protecting your implementation team from scope creep
Jump in to help with hands-on configuration and debugging when needed, keeping projects moving forward during resource constraints
Document solutions and identify process improvements to enhance future deployments and team efficiency
Escalate strategically to sales and leadership when additional support is needed to unblock critical issues
What We're Looking For
Background in software implementations or professional services
Technical aptitude, ability to understand platform capabilities and limitations
Familiarity with no-code platforms or integration projects
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Grace under pressure, you stay calm when clients are stressed and deadlines are tight
Exceptional organizational skills, you live by your task lists and calendars
Strong communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences
Natural problem solver who finds creative solutions within constraints
Self-starter who takes ownership without waiting for direction
Legally authorized to work in the United States and located within the continental United States
Nice to Haves
Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech
Technical skills in a scripting language
Previous experience managing aggressive timelines with fixed deadlines

Manage recycling projects from contract handover through installation, commissioning, and acceptance, coordinating customers and internal teams to deliver within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
Oversee fire protection projects from initiation through completion, coordinating clients, technicians, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, procurement, and code compliance while resolving technical issues and supporting business.
Coordinate project delivery alongside program and resource managers, support team development and recruitment, maintain project documentation, and facilitate collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
Lead a company-wide file management project from discovery through migration and adoption, coordinating cross-functional teams, stakeholders and technical delivery while also supporting other strategic business change initiatives.
Lead multi-storey car park projects in live airport environments from feasibility and design through construction, commissioning, and handover, coordinating teams, budgets, schedules, stakeholders, and safety.
