- Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail when working with transaction data.
- Clear written English for partner banks and internal teams. Additional European languages are a plus.
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach to ambiguous problems.
- Experience with fraud recall processes or compliance/FCRM collaboration.
- Familiarity with Intercom, Jira, Metabase/SQL, or back-office payment tooling.

About the role
As a Payment Operations Analyst, you'll be part of our dynamic SEPA & SWIFT Team, which keeps our customers' payments moving. You'll resolve payment issues end-to-end, work directly with banking partners, and help build our Payment Operations hub from scratch.
What you'll do

Action tasks from the Customer Support team and resolve customers' day-to-day payment issues.

Handle SEPA and SWIFT recalls, SEPA & SWIFT payment investigations, and payment and transaction analysis.

What we're looking for
