  • Own the social media strategy end to end: channel priorities, content pillars, voice, cadence, and how success is measured.
  • Translate real engineering work into content developers and DBAs value, including threads, technical breakdowns, and short-form videos.
  • Build a repeatable system for sourcing content directly from engineering work in flight.
  • Use AI-assisted tools for production while maintaining technical accuracy.
  • Define and track metrics that matter for a technical audience and report on effectiveness.

🛠️ Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to understand database/open-source engineering concepts.
  • Portfolio of technical content aimed at developers or infrastructure audiences.
  • Experience owning a social strategy from channel selection to measurement.
  • Active participation in open source or developer communities.
  • Strong short-form video creation skills, including on-camera presence.
  • Excellent technical writing skills.
